The complex includes "Dumaines," a New Hampshire trust; Dexter Trust, a Massachusetts trust; several smaller "satellite" trusts also formed in Massachusetts; and the Amoskeag Company, a Delaware holding company owned in large part by Dumaines, Dexter, and the satellite trusts.
