We grant the petition for writ of habeas corpus and remand to the trial court with instructions to set reasonable bail for the petitioner, Delroy Alphonso Dinnall. Gomez v. Hinckley, 473 So.2d 809 (Fla. 4th DCA 1985); Section 907.041, Florida Statutes (1983); Fla.R.Crim.P. 3.131 and 3.132.
