Appellants Dawn Groh Kraushaar and Michael G. Kraushaar commenced this medical malpractice and negligence action against respondents St. Olaf Hospital (Hospital) and against Austin Medical Clinic, P.A. and four of its physicians, Drs. Frank T. Razidlo, Fred H. Bogott, James W. Dennis, and I.A. Hesla (Clinic). The Kraushaars appeal from the trial court's grant of summary judgment to the Hospital and from its dismissal of their claim...
