Defendant, Beulah Harrison, daughter of the deceased co-legatee, appeals from the judgment of the trial court finding that the legacy in the decedent's testament was conjoint and that therefore plaintiff, Marie Austin, the other named co-legatee, was the sole legatee of the decedent testator.
