Appellant was indicted on one count of second-degree burglary, a class 3 felony, one count of sexual abuse, a class 5 felony, and one count of sexual assault, a class 2 felony. Following a jury trial, he was convicted on the burglary charge and on two counts of sexual abuse. The trial court imposed sentences of probation on all convictions, five years for the burglary and three years each for the sexual abuse charges, subject to the condition...
