(hereinafter jointly referred to as "Philips") appeal from a judgment in favor of Eric Schuster Corporation (Schuster) awarding treble damages and attorneys' fees and costs pursuant to N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 et seq., commonly known as the Consumer Fraud Act (Act).
