EICH, J.

John Mann appeals from a judgment convicting him of leaving the scene of an accident in violation of secs. 346.67(1)(a) and (c), Stats. The issues are: (1) whether sec. 346.67 is unconstitutionally vague; (2) whether the trial court misinstructed the jury and erroneously admitted evidence; and (3) whether the evidence supports the verdict.
