Brian Denil appeals a personal injury judgment that resulted in a net award of $51.58. He contends that the trial court's dismissal of his loss of consortium claim was error because the defendants' motion to dismiss was untimely, and that the lost consortium of a fiancee should be compensable under Wisconsin law. Denil also contends that the trial court erred by awarding costs to the defendants because their joint offer of judgment was ineffective to invoke...
