GARRISON, Judge.

The defendant, Billy St. Clair, was charged by bill of information with distribution of methamphetamine, a violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967(B)(3).1 After a jury found the defendant guilty as charged, the judge imposed the maximum term of imprisonment of ten years at hard labor. Defendant appeals.
