John Ferguson was tried nonjury and was found guilty of robbery1 and criminal conspiracy2 in connection with the armed robbery of a gasoline station in Philadelphia. Post-trial motions were denied, and sentence was imposed. On direct appeal, Ferguson contends that the evidence was insufficient to sustain the convictions for robbery and conspiracy and argues that trial counsel was ineffective...
