Plaintiff brought this action against the manufacturer of a press brake used to shape sheet metal, defendant Dreis & Krump Manufacturing Company, seeking to recover for injuries he sustained when his hand was crushed in it. Defendant in turn impleaded plaintiff's employer, third-party defendant Cambridge Filter Corporation. Although plaintiff cannot remember the events just prior to the accident...
