This matter came on for hearing April 9, 1986 on the complaint of the plaintiff and the second amended answer and counterclaim of the defendant. Following the hearing on the merits, the court took the matter under advisement and now issues its separate findings of fact and conclusions of law. Judgment is entered accordingly.
