Plaintiffs appeal the trial court's orders granting defendant Dr. Soon K. Kim's motions for summary judgment pursuant to GCR 1963, 117.2(3), now MCR 2.116(C)(10). Plaintiffs brought suit against Dr. Kim for the deaths of Catherine and Robert Bardoni, the mother and brother of Richard Bardoni, Dr. Kim's patient.
