Causey ("Causey"), Murray Sentner ("Sentner"), Allied Management Corporation ("Allied") and Jets Venture Capital Corporation ("JVCC"). The defendants were charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States Army and Navy, the Department of Commerce, the Small Business Administration...
