This case presents the question whether the Farmers Home Administration ("FmHA") can proceed against an accommodation endorser's deed to secure debt after FmHA violated the notice requirements of O.C.G.A. § 11-9-504(3) (1982) when it disposed of the principal debtor's chattels.
