Rita Susan Parkerson, Executrix of the Estate of Carl R. Parkerson, M.D., appeals the District Court's1 decision that Dr. Parkerson's civil rights action under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983, 1985 & 1986 did not survive his death during the pendency of the action. We affirm.
