Defendant David Powell was convicted on three counts of violating 18 U.S.C. § 2314 and on six counts of falsely certifying automobile odometer readings in violation of § 15 U.S.C. §§ 1988(b) & 1990c, and 18 U.S.C. § 2 (the "false certification" counts).
