Petitioners Southwest Sunsites, Inc. ("SWS"), Green Valley Acres, Inc. ("GVA"), Green Valley Acres, Inc. II ("GVA II"), Sidney Gross, and Edwin Kritzler, appeal the Federal Trade Commission's finding that their representations and failures to disclose, in connection with the sale of rural, undeveloped land, violated the Federal Trade Commission Act, 15 U.S.C. § 45(a) (1982).
