On February 10, 1978, the National Labor Relations Board ("Board") issued a decision and order finding, inter alia, that Greyhound Taxi Co. ("Greyhound Taxi") had violated the National Labor Relations Act because its agents had physically assaulted Harold Wakefield for his union activities, resulting in his constructive discharge.
