OPINION AND ORDER

LAFFITTE, District Judge.

Pro se plaintiff, an inmate in a federal penitentiary, brings suit against a federal law enforcement agency under the Privacy Act and against the head of a Commonwealth law enforcement agency under 42 U.S.C.A. § 1983.

Plaintiff's motion to amend his complaint is GRANTED. Though it is some two years since the original complaint was filed, amendment of the complaint at this point nonetheless causes defendants...
