Defendant Reynaldo Tapia was convicted of the first degree murder of Lillys M. Wilson and of burglary and armed robbery of her Tucson residence. He received 10.5 years for the burglary, 10.5 years for the armed robbery, and life imprisonment without the possibility of parole for 25 years for the murder.
