Plaintiffs Faux and Nacey appeal from an order of the district court dismissing their appeal and affirming the judgment of the circuit court. This cause arose from a landlord-tenant dispute. Defendant Mickelsen brought suit in the small claims court, fifth circuit, to recover past due rent, utilities, and costs for cleaning and repair.
