Donald Hampton appeals from a judgment denying his claim for disability benefits under Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 416(i) and 423. Hampton's claim is based largely upon severe pain. He contends that the Secretary's finding of non-disability, based upon the decision of the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ), was not supported by substantial evidence, and that the ALJ applied improper legal standards.
