Defendants appeal a judgment in favor of plaintiff in a civil rights action brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. Plaintiff alleged deprivation of a liberty interest without due process of law in that defendants used excessive force in effecting his arrest and conspired to prosecute him on false charges.
