JOHNSON, Circuit Judge:

Sector Refining, Inc. appeals from the judgment of the district court entered in favor of Enterprise Refining Company in accordance with the jury's verdict. The only issue presented for this Court's review is whether the damage award is against the great weight of the evidence or whether the award is excessive.
