This case involves a commercial landlord/tenant dispute. Appellant Taherzadeh sued his landlords, appellees Wayne W. Clements and others, for fraud, breach of contract, and violations of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act.1 After the conclusion of two trials, Taherzadeh has been adjudicated to owe appellees $111,000 for attorneys' fees.
