The Trustees of the Amalgamated Insurance Fund (the "Fund"), a multi-employer-employee benefit retirement plan, have brought this action under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 ("ERISA"), 29 U.S.C. § 1001 et seq., to recover delinquent payments of Vi-Mil, Inc.
