Defendant Kenneth Killion was convicted by a twelve person jury of four counts of aggravated rape (La.R.S. 14:42), five counts of aggravated burglary (La.R.S. 14:60), two counts of residential burglary (La.R.S. 14:62.2), and one count of aggravated crime against nature (La.R.S. 14:89.1).
