This appeal is from a judgment in favor of the appellee, Liberty Mutual Insurance Co., entered notwithstanding a jury verdict for $68,000 in favor of the appellants, Jerald G. Osborn and wife Jamlung Osborn. The jury verdict was returned on the negligence count of the appellants' complaint.
