QUILLIN, J.

The trial court denied appellant's petition for post-conviction relief and her motion for new trial which was based upon the grounds of newly discovered evidence. We affirm.

The defendant-appellant Maria Smith was convicted of murder by a jury in 1980 for causing the death of Garfield Boykin. Boykin had been shot three times. One wound was a superficial scalp wound, while a second shot went through the brain. The third wound was to Boykin's chest...
