ADKINS, Justice.

Thomas Harrison Provenzano was convicted of two counts of attempted first-degree murder and one count of first-degree murder. The trial court followed the jury's recommendation and imposed the sentence of death for the first-degree murder. The trial judge also sentenced Provenzano to consecutive thirty-year sentences for each count of attempted first-degree murder. Provenzano now appeals his conviction for first-degree murder and the sentence of death...
