KRAVITCH, Circuit Judge:

L.G. Caulder, Jr. appeals from a district court order affirming the denial of his claim to disability benefits by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (the "Secretary"). We reverse the district court and remand to that court with instructions to remand the case to the Secretary for consideration of the new medical evidence which Caulder proffered to the district court. This court has jurisdiction to review the district court's decision...
