The state seeks reversal of the trial court's denial of its motion to modify a judgment of dissolution.

The parties were divorced in 1979. The judgment awarded custody of the couple's three children to wife and awarded her $100 monthly support for each child. It also awarded her possession of the family residence and granted husband a $10,000 lien against the property. Wife moved from the family home and attempted to rent it. She was unable...
