This is another in the recent series of appeals from Department of Transportation orders on outdoor advertising. The final order here in question revoked permits issued in 1981 and ordered removal of the signs for violation of sections 479.01(10)(f) and 479.11, Florida Statutes.1 We reverse on the rationale stated in Food `N Fun, Inc. v. Department of Transportation, 493 So.2d 23
