Appellant was charged by information with one count of conspiracy, pursuant to A.R.S. § 13-1003, three counts of burglary, pursuant to A.R.S. § 13-1507, two counts of theft, pursuant to A.R.S. § 13-1802, and one count of trafficking in stolen property, pursuant to A.R.S. § 13-2307.
