The parents of the minor child, B.C., appealed the judgment of the trial court terminating their parental rights. The parents seek to have their parental rights restored, contending that the trial judge erred in finding that there was clear and convincing evidence to establish grounds for termination under the provisions of LSA-R.S. 13:1601(B) & (D).
