Jay Webb and Judy Webb, husband and wife, and Roy Webb and Mickey Webb, husband and wife, allege that the brokerage firm, R. Rowland & Co., and four of its employees, Douglas Gast, Paul L. Matecki, William Brandt, and Randall Moore, in their handling of the Webbs' accounts, were guilty of breach of contract, fraud, negligence, breach of fiduciary duty, and violations of the Securities Exchange Act and the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations...
