Maryam Ghadessi petitions for review of the decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") denying her motion to reopen deportation proceedings to apply for asylum as a refugee under section 208(a) of the Refugee Act of 1980, 8 U.S.C. § 1158(a).
