In this diversity action, two distributors of commercial trailers sued the manufacturer of the trailers, alleging that the manufacturer had improperly terminated the parties' agreements. The district court1 granted a preliminary injunction in favor of the plaintiffs and ordered a stay of the injunction pending appeal to this court.
