PER CURIAM.

This matter is before this Court after disciplinary proceedings conducted pursuant to NMSA 1978, Rules Governing Discipline (Repl.Pamp. 1985) wherein attorney Walter Nails was found to have committed numerous violations of NMSA 1978, Code of Professional Responsibility (Repl.Pamp. 1985), arising out of an incident unrelated to his practice of law. We adopt the Disciplinary Board's findings and conclusions as well as accept its recommendation...
