Beaudry Motor Company (BMC) appeals the district court's order granting summary judgment for defendants, its order denying BMC's post-judgment motions for a new trial and for permission to amend the complaint, and its order granting defendants attorneys' fees. Defendants Abko Properties, Inc., Chrysler Corporation, and Chrysler Realty Corporation cross-appeal from the denial in part of their attorneys' fee request. We decline to address the merits...
