Chuck R. Patteson asks this Court to award him the attorneys' fees and costs he incurred as appellee and cross-appellant in Patteson v. Johnson, 787 F.2d 1245 (8th Cir.1986). In those cases, this Court determined that Patteson had been discharged in violation of his first amendment rights, and that he was therefore entitled to reinstatement or damages in lieu of reinstatement, as well as full prospective relief.
