Rose Leonhard and her husband Joseph Leonhard sued Mrs. Leonhard's doctor, Kenneth L. Veca, and others for damages resulting from nerve root injury which developed after Dr. Veca performed a vertebral needle biopsy on Mrs. Leonhard. The basis of the Leonhards' claim was that the written consent signed by Mrs. Leonhard was not valid.1 The Trial Judge dismissed the Leonhards' suit...
