PER CURIAM.

Meredith A. Wiman appeals from a final order entered in the District Court1 for the Eastern District of Arkansas dismissing his petition for writ of habeas corpus. Wiman v. Lockhart, No. PB-C-85-188 (E.D.Ark. Dec. 31, 1985) (order). For reversal Wiman argues the district court erred in holding his double jeopardy claim was without merit. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm the order of the district court.
