This appeal comes to us from a decision by the district court to deny a motion by defendant Grasselli Employees Independent Association of East Chicago, Inc. ("defendant") to enforce an arbitrator's award against plaintiff E.I. DuPont de Nemours and Company ("plaintiff"). This case requires us to discuss the proper standard of review of an arbitrator's decision and to apply that standard. For the reasons set forth below, we reverse the decision...
