This is an appeal from a revocation of probation. Appellant Michael Chapman pled guilty to delivery of a controlled substance in violation of § 35-7-1031(a)(ii), W.S. 1977.1 Appellant received a sentence of one to three years in the penitentiary, but the sentence was suspended and appellant was placed on probation for a period of three years.
