The guardian father withdrew $100,000 of guardianship funds and opened a $100,000 certificate of deposit savings trust agreement account with appellant savings and loan association in the name of "Mr. Wade Clifford Goodlett, trustee for Milton Wesley Goodlett, beneficiary." Four days later appellant savings and loan association made a $50,000 loan to Wade...
