Defendant Jerome Kennedy was convicted of thirteen counts of knowingly and without authority selling 537,700 pounds of nonfat dried milk belonging to the Commodity Credit Corporation ("CCC") of the United States Department of Agriculture ("USDA") in violation of Title 18, U.S.C. § 641.
