ALFORD, Judge.

After being indicted by a grand jury, Larry Williams, a/k/a Larry W. Williams, was convicted by a jury for second degree murder, a violation of LSA-R.S. 14:30.1. The trial court sentenced him to life imprisonment at hard labor, without benefit of probation, parole or suspension of sentence. On appeal, the defendant urges six assignments of error.
