The defendant-appellant, Eaton Corporation (Eaton), appeals from the district court's denial of its motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict as well as the court's ruling on evidentiary matters. The jury had returned a verdict for plaintiff-appellee, Ned Wilkins, finding that Eaton had discriminated against Wilkins on the basis of age in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621 et seq.,...
